Dead at the Box Office
After finding a mysterious film reel hidden in their ceiling, the well-meaning staff of a struggling movie theater assume that the film is an old B-movie preview trailer and play it before a midnight screening of the timeless George A. Romero masterpiece, 'Night of the Living Dead'. When the film is revealed to be a long-dead Nazi scientist's mind control experiment, their audience of horror movie fanatics is transformed into a mob of mindless zombies with a fierce hunger for the flesh of the living! Ten survivors struggle to stay alive as the cinema is overrun by shambling hordes of the undead, while outside, ruthless government agents plot to halt the spread of the mysterious outbreak by any means necessary. Sometimes creepy, sometimes campy, 'Dead at the Box Office' pays tribute to the low budget horror films of the '70s and '80s. Combining the elements of these "B" classics with a fresh twist on the zombie origin, 'Dead at the Box Office' is a tongue-in-cheek salute to horror fans.

The storyline feels a little thin and moth-eaten in parts but this sequel is plenty of fun.

The movie turns out to be a little better than the average. Starting from a romantic formula often seen in the cinema, it ends in the most predictable (and somewhat bland) way.

I don't understand why this garbage has a 7.0 rating, do Americans really like this kind of action-gore than makes no sense at all? The plot is so bad and full of holes that it would take a full essay to list everything that's wrong with it.Summarized the whole movie is about stupid people making stupid mistakes and dying. Don't waste your time on this unless you have some kind of zombie fetish and don't care about anything else.2/10

I didn't like how much it shook around. I thought that it was done just for the sake of doing it and heighten tension but really it made it look a bit poo and distractingly messy. The gore effects looked good. Really good sound. Perfectly matched the picture and had good direction. I wasn't too keen on the continuation of the first movie. It somehow didn't work that well. It relied too much on stupid character decisions and coincidence. Robert Carlyle pops up everywhere. Some good and bad points progress the series having changed it for the worse.

Unfortunately for me the film having come off the back of 28 Days Later left me wanting more from it. While the few twists in the storyline were good they were able to be seen from a mile away. Robert Carlyle did a brilliant job as the lead actor in this but to see both Rose Byrne and Idris Alba trying to portray an America was the stuff of nightmares. Jeremy Renner's character did a good job of keeping the plot moving along I just felt the film really lacked much of what came from 28 Days Later. The opening scene itself was magnificent and kept me on my toes especially what seemed like I guess we'd now have as a drone following Robert Carlyle's character.

This movie had it all for me. Story, action, violence, tension, suspense. I was entertained from start to finish which is something very few movies due for me now a days. The first movie (28 days later) had an amazing story, and while this one lacks the story a little more than that of the first, everything is made up by just the overall action packed entertainment in this film and all the characters did a great job with their given rolls in the movie. **This movie is violent!! The eye-gouge scene in particular is hard scene to watch so I'd recommend this movie to only hardcore horror fans who are used to that kind of stuff.**I would recommend this movie to any horror fan looking for a suspenseful thrill ride. I can only hope there is a "28 months later"
