The most prominent heads of state in the world begin gathering for a conference that could have a major impact on global politics. When MI-7 receives word that the Chinese premier has become the target of some high-powered killers, it falls on Johnny English to save the day. Armed with the latest high-tech weaponry and gadgets that would make even James Bond jealous, the once-disgraced agent uncovers evidence of a massive conspiracy involving some of the world's most powerful organisations, and vows to redeem his tarnished reputation by stopping the killers before they can strike.

One of my all time favorites.
I don't have all the words right now but this film is a work of art.

Expectations are always low when a British TV comic takes to the big screen but, incredible as it may seem, somebody though a belated sequel to 'Johnny English' a good idea, and with 'Johnny English Strikes Again' hitting cinemas in a couple of months we're now looking at a franchise; heaven help us!English mercifully seems better at his job this time round than I recall from the original, there's the occasional amusing moment, the money's up there on the screen in the outdoor action scenes and a classy supporting cast plays things straight. Rosamund Pike is charming as usual as the heroine; but best of all is villainess Pik-Sen Lim, constantly popping up when least expected like a malevolent female Kato.
Films should be reviewed on a face value basis and this film is entertaining which is the sole purpose of it. I laughed with my family and we had good fun. That's it.

Not as good as the first Johnny English for me. I felt nothing for this movie but dullness. No suspense, no witty humor, no horror, no well-thought out skits, no sadness, no happiness, no intrigue. Just one lame attempt after another at lazy, trite situations. The plot attempted was more complex for this mind numbing movie to pull off and really I could not even follow what the entire point of the plot was about, nor did I care cause, you know, I felt nothing except, "oh my gosh when does this end".It's all relative though. Seems like many other people liked it. However, it does appear that many of the people who really liked this movie did not like the first one as much and the people who really liked the first Johnny English lot did not care as much for this sequel.
