Zhang Guozhu, director of the China Center for Cultural Soft Power Research, Zhao Dongmei, professor of Peking University, Guo Jicheng, associate professor of China University of Political Science and Law, Zhong Jun, president of Hunan Academy of Social Sciences, Chen Yuxiong, party secretary of Yuelu Academy, Zhang Mingming, dean of the School of Marxism at China University of Petroleum, and Wang Lei, research fellow of Shenyang Academy of Education, participate in the se discussions. This documentary series analyzes an important aspect of Xi Jinping Thought, "The 2nd Combination" aka combining Marxism with traditional Chinese culture.

if their story seems completely bonkers, almost like a feverish work of fiction, you ain't heard nothing yet.
Great example of an old-fashioned, pure-at-heart escapist event movie that doesn't pretend to be anything that it's not and has boat loads of fun being its own ludicrous self.
This is a coming of age storyline that you've seen in one form or another for decades. It takes a truly unique voice to make yet another one worth watching.
