One morning in an ordinary town, five people are shot dead in a seemingly random attack. All evidence points to a single suspect: an ex-military sniper who is quickly brought into custody. As an European viewer, this movie certainly has a few WTF? moments, however overall I loved the storyline, and found it to be quite amusing. The special effects are quite poor in quality, but this just adds character to this old movie.
