Marika Vargosh is a girl with a dark past and a difficult present. An orphan with no education, she is forced to work in a brothel to get enough for a living. And everything would be fine if it weren't for the terrible visions that haunt Marika — about her parents killed by strange people with crosses on their wrists, and about her missing brother, whom she has been unsuccessfully searching for for many years. Soon, Marika's friend dies, and the girl herself almost becomes the victim of an attack.
Reviews
Although it has its amusing moments, in eneral the plot does not convince.
This is a must-see and one of the best documentaries - and films - of this year.
This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.
This film is so real. It treats its characters with so much care and sensitivity.
