Summer. Rio de Janeiro. Two thousand and something, we stopped counting. Gay times. Sharks in the area. Claudete, 64 years old, is facing a big dilemma: she only falls in love with gay men. Together with her friend Jurema, she will follow her new crush, Alex, a beach soccer player, to the gay sauna in the neighborhood, in an attempt to win him over. However, the sauna has been suffering from attacks by a serial killer who has been murdering homosexuals during sunset.
Reviews
One of my all time favorites.
This movie was so-so. It had it's moments, but wasn't the greatest.
It’s fine. It's literally the definition of a fine movie. You’ve seen it before, you know every beat and outcome before the characters even do. Only question is how much escapism you’re looking for.
One of the most extraordinary films you will see this year. Take that as you want.
