It isn't all that great, actually. Really cheesy and very predicable of how certain scenes are gonna turn play out. However, I guess that's the charm of it all, because I would consider this one of my guilty pleasures.

With having heard a bit about Dick Wolfs long-running hit series Law & Order, when i found this on video i thought that it was worth a try,and i feel that this is a very hair-spray pre-Homicide: Life on the Street, fluff. The Plot: With North Las Vegas being overrun by a huge weapons dealer, the police feel that it is time to fight back.So they set up a rebel unit called The Nasty Boys to take on the troubles of the city. But with a leek in the police department, the leads to the head of The Nasty Boys getting shot, the others decide that its time the they battle the dealer, head on.View on the film: Screenplay:The screenplay is by Dick Wolf and David Black from a story by Wolf. While this first looks like the it will be a fun SWAT style Film, the film sadly does not have any scenes that help to give it the adrenaline rush the it needs, and it also seems to be a very weak take on Walter Hills 1979 Cult-classic The Warriors.Direction:The film is directed by Rick Rosenthal,Rosenthal does a pretty good job with the small budget in some parts.By doing some classy funeral scenes and also doing an all-too- brief mini Scarface style final battle.Final view on the film: A very poor Gang/Cop take on the great film,The Warriors.
