In a world where people don't age, the government finds itself facing a population crisis. It is then created a government program to control overpopulation. The program involves the killing of people who turn 30. However, a man questions himself about this political doctrine during his last birthday.

what a terribly boring film. I'm sorry but this is absolutely not deserving of best picture and will be forgotten quickly. Entertaining and engaging cinema? No. Nothing performances with flat faces and mistaking silence for subtlety.
