Elegy For A Damned Individual is an independent film made by college students from the University of Michigan and across the country. It follows the lives of four degenerates: Vanya, E, Danny, and Marshall Law after their benefactor, Jazz Ukulele Virtuoso Hermann Mundungus, dies under mysterious circumstances. Watch as they try to cope with this unexpected loss in a psychadelic and psychological experience that has at once been compared to The Monkees' "Head" and Buñuel's "The Exterminating Angel".

A bit overrated, but still an amazing film
n my opinion it was a great movie with some interesting elements, even though having some plot holes and the ending probably was just too messy and crammed together, but still fun to watch and not your casual movie that is similar to all other ones.
One of the worst ways to make a cult movie is to set out to make a cult movie.
Strong acting helps the film overcome an uncertain premise and create characters that hold our attention absolutely.
