It’s time to get on the stage and shake your money-maker, but when a dancer has an unexpected but completely natural mishap, it turns into a theatre of terrors as an audience of rowdy men looks on in disbelief.
Reviews
Each character in this movie — down to the smallest one — is an individual rather than a type, prone to spontaneous changes of mood and sometimes amusing outbursts of pettiness or ill humor.
It is neither dumb nor smart enough to be fun, and spends way too much time with its boring human characters.
Great example of an old-fashioned, pure-at-heart escapist event movie that doesn't pretend to be anything that it's not and has boat loads of fun being its own ludicrous self.
I didn’t really have many expectations going into the movie (good or bad), but I actually really enjoyed it. I really liked the characters and the banter between them.
