Synopsis
Cast
Lieutenant of the Internal Troops, sapper Sergey Arakcheev, who was awarded state awards for demining the territory of Chechnya, was accused of killing civilians, fully acquitted by two jury trials and then sentenced by a military court to fifteen years in prison.
