Lumumba, return of a hero
61 years after his assassination, Patrice Lumumba returns to his country. "Congo returns to Congo" as one of his children said. Lumumba was a nationalist leader who intended to use his country's enormous wealth for the benefit of his people. He became the first Prime Minister in the history of Congo on June 30, 1960, when the country gained its independence after 80 years of Belgian colonial rule. Seven months later, he was assassinated in Katanga province with two of his best political allies: Joseph Okito and Maurice Mpolo. Their bodies were dissolved in sulfuric acid and only one of Patrice Lumumba's teeth remained. This "relic" was taken from Lumumba's corpse and kept in secret by a police commissioner until his death in 2000. The assassination of the nationalist and anti-colonialist leader was followed by the advent of the dictator Mobutu, who was able to remain in place until 1997, thanks to Western support.

Shimokajiro Housing Complex is a public reconstruction housing complex for people evacuated from Namie, Futaba, Okuma, and Tomioka, as a result of the disaster at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant. In this housing complex, where people gather from different places and where many elderly dwell, they began making and distributing CDs on music they remember, also putting on a show as if they were running a radio program, and even forming a band to play along with the rhythm of each singer. This film is a record of these unusual support activities for the disaster-stricken areas, connected by music to transcend the times and the COVID-19 pandemic.

In its four year run, Creep Records featured some of the most important bands of the Greek New Wave, Post Punk and Dark Wave scene on its roster. A documentary about one of the first and most influential independent record labels in Greece which gave shelter to several underground bands of the 80's, such as Yell-o-Yell and many others. Data from the Dutch crisis hotline - 113 Suicide prevention - show that nearly half of all LGBTQ+ adults in the Netherlands have entertained suicidal thoughts at some point in their lives, a figure five times higher than that for the country’s adult population in general. The number of people who have actually attempted suicide is four times higher than average. For transgender people,the figures are even more shocking.
