A video polemic, based on Heathcote Williams' investigative poem 'Royal Babylon: The Criminal Record of the British Monarchy' - every film a crime. The collective at Handsome Dog have used the best of new media to present a video polemic based on Heathcote William's investigative poem "Royal Babylon: The Criminal Record of the British Monarchy". Sixteen short films have been made the chronicle the crimes of the Royal Family and their ancestors: RB intro, Killing an Ibis, Mad Monarchs, Michael X, Harry Trouble, I Danced with a Man, Foot in Mouth, Folk on the Hill, Knight Hoods, Milton Gas, Swift Justice, Raj Doubt, Gaunt etc., Koh i Noor, Paine and Thoth, Blake Acres Zappa, Glitter Freeze. Brave Bombardier
During the Anti Japanese War (Second Sino-Japanese War), Chen fool joined the Eighth Route Army in order to earn money and marry his wife, and was assigned to Class Two of the Third Company. He is well known as an idiot, is totally incompetent, can't distinguish left or right, He fails to learn how to shoot, and fails to retreat jeopardizing the risk of death for his comrade, and foiling his squad leader plan. He is deemed useless and is the laughing stock of the army. His only advantage is his strong physique and a big stature, thereby he is only assigned a cooking position in the army and only do trite errands suitable for his physique and strength. One eventful day when Chen fool goes to the battlefield to deliver food and meets the Imperial Japanese army, where he is asked to help his comrades fight the devil. An event that will earn him the title, "the brave bombardier", a revolutionary hero, and gain the deserved respect from his comrades and leader.

Girls of the Rain
Girls of the Rain concludes Alida Dimitriou’s filmtrilogy on the contribution of women to political struggles in Greece during the twentieth century. The film is about women imprisoned and tortured during the Colonels’ dictatorship of 1967-1974. At the time, these womenwere in their twenties. Fifty women offer their testimonials. They all share the ethos of the women who took part in the National Resistance, and pursue the establishment of human dignity just as persistently. The “Girls of the Rain” consider themselves successors of those women. One of them said:“...we are their successors, just like the youth of today are our successors”. Remarkably, these are the words of a woman deprived by her torturers of the ability to have children.

In 1901, a group of divers excavating an ancient Roman shipwreck near the island of Antikythera, off the southern coast of Greece, found a mysterious object - a lump of calcified stone that contained within it several gearwheels welded together after years under the sea. Pig Sale
This short film was inspired by the story told in the prose written by Jia Pingwa to memorize his father in 1989. Set on the North Shannxi Loess Plateau, the story tells about two boys trying to sell a pig, the only valuable property of the poor family, for food. However, things go wrong. The film was artistically designed to present the spectacular and broad scenery of the Loess Plateau as well as the simple life of the people. This is a black humor about the difficult years in the northwest of China in 1970s.
