Synopsis
Host Guy Fieri takes a cross-country road trip to visit some of America's classic "greasy spoon" restaurants — diners, drive-ins and dives — that have been doing it right for decades.

Then in KC, tacklin' pigskin with an NFL coachin' legend at a joint meticulous about their meat. And back in Boston, meetin' up with a local chef to check out wicked-fresh, unbelievable lobster rolls.
